What data we process

The data you enter in the contact form or send us by e-mail: full name, company, e-mail, your role and the content of your message. When the form is submitted, your IP address is also processed technically to protect against spam.

Purpose and legal basis

• Handling your message and discussing possible cooperation — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Business communication with companies and their representatives, and protecting the form against misuse — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not need your consent to receive your message and we do not use your data for marketing mailings.

Retention

For as long as your message and the related business communication are handled, at most 3 years from the last contact. If we enter into a contract, retention is governed by the contract and statutory periods.

Who works with the data

We do not pass your data to other companies for their own use. We use these processors:

• Web3Forms (Web3Creative) — delivery of the form to our e-mail; uses CleanTalk and Akismet for spam protection.
• Google (Google Workspace) — company e-mail.
• Cloudflare — website operation and security.

Some of these services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another lawful mechanism.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it rectified or erased, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).
